¼cupsliced jarred pepperoncini peppers or banana peppers
¼cupchopped red onion
¼cupmayonnaise
3Tbspolive oil

1(12-oz)package Hawaiian dinner rolls
Instructions
In a large bowl or on a cutting board, layer shredded lettuce, pepperoni, salami, ham, provolone cheese, sliced tomatoes, banana peppers, and red onions. Using a sharp knife, chop everything together until well mixed and evenly combined.
Add mayonnaise, olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the chopped mixture. Chop again until all the ingredients are coated and the mixture is creamy and combined.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and spoon the chopped grinder mixture evenly onto the rolls. Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
