Chuy's Jalapeno Dip

Chuy's Jalapeno Dip - easy copycat recipe of Chuy's famous dip. Tastes just like the real thing!! SO good! I could drink it with a straw. Sour cream, ranch mix, fresh jalapeños, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, and milk. Great as a dip, on top of a salad, or a marinade. Everyone LOVES this stuff! One of my most requested recipes!!

  • 1 (16-oz) container Sour Cream
  • 1 (1-oz) package ranch dressing mix
  • 2 whole large fresh jalapenos, roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ⅓ cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 whole lime, juiced
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp milk

Instructions

  • Combine roughly chopped jalapenos, cilantro and garlic in the food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
  • Add lime juice, sour cream and ranch mix. Pulse until thoroughly combined.
  • Add milk, a tablespoon at a time, until you reach the desired thickness. Pour into serving bowl and enjoy!
